EDB Business Recovery Guide - The EDB has compiled a comprehensive list of resources for businesses that have been affected by the floods. It highlights:
- Grants, Loans and Financing
- Workforce resources
- Tax Credit and Property Reassessment Resources

In addition to financing programs, the list includes a number of programs to assist with insurance, taxes, rebuilding&unemployment.
The County is working to assess damage to businesses, jobs lost, etc. An accurate assessment could help bring more resources to the area to rebuild, and to support displaced employees. Several government and non-profit organizations are currently mobilizing to provide additional assistance.

The EDB is actively working with partners to ensure that the community receives disaster-related benefits from the local, state and federal government.

Resources listed below include potentially available funding to help rebuild, cover payroll, tax credits and incentives, and help filing claims.

Business Taxes -Payroll Extension: Extension on filing State payroll reports and taxes.
Tax Credits -Franchise Tax Board: Info on deducting disaster losses
The Small Business Disaster Loan Guarantee Program helps agriculture-related enterprises and other small businesses obtain financing needed to recover from losses caused by natural disasters. The Governor may activate the program in areas declared to be in a State of Emergency, whiich has been declared for Sonoma County
California IBank:Low interest and state-guaranteed business loans and microloans affected by the floods. Small businesses, including small farms, nurseries, agriculture-related enterprises and nonprofits that have suffered an economic loss and/or physical damage may apply for the Disaster Relief Loan Guarantee Program (DRLGP) which offers loans up to $1 million for Disaster Relief Borrowers.
