OneJustice, a legal service non-profit organization located in San Francisco will be hosting two FREE immigration assistance workshops in Sonoma County in the upcoming months. One will be held in Sonoma city on August 22nd and the other will be in Petaluma on September 26th. Below are the flyers in English and in Spanish for the dates of the workshops to distribute on social media platforms and community boards!

These are free resources for your community for anyone in need of general immigration screenings, citizenship assistance, or DACA renewals. The clients would meet with lawyers and be screened for remedies and when appropriate receive help with filling out immigration paperwork.

OneJustice is hosting a Free Immigration Workshop Sonoma city on August 22nd and in Petaluma on September 26th.

This workshop includes DACA Renewals and Citizenship Applications.

Appointments are required. Please call (415) 534-5878 to schedule an appointment (workshop location will be provided once appointment is made). Website:www.onejustice.org

General Immigration Screenings

Please bring:

Immigration documents/ documents relevant to your case;

  • A copy of your green card, if applicable;
  • Documentation of all arrests and/or convictions, including reason for the arrest, date;
  • Documentation of all traffic citations, including payment, certified police/court documents indicating such. Request a copy of your driving record from the DMV.

Citizenship Assistance

To learn more about the documents needed for a citizenship consultation, please call (415) 534-5878 .

DACA Renewals

If your DACA expired on or after September 5, 2016, or will expire within a year of August 22, 2019, please bring:

  • 2 Passport size photos;
  • Prior work permit and/or DACA approval notice;
  • Copy of previous application, if possible.
